Customer Club Regulations

Introduction

The Fine Rituals customer club (hereinafter: "the Club") is managed in collaboration with YOTPO and aims to provide benefits, points, and rewards to loyal customers. This regulation (hereinafter: "the Regulation") sets out the rules for participation in the Club, including how to join, accumulate points, redeem rewards, the referral program, and fraud prevention. Participation in the Club is subject to full acceptance of the Regulation. Fine Rituals reserves the right to change the Regulation at any time, and changes will be published on the website.

The Club is available to private customers over the age of 18, residents of Israel, and is conditional on registration through a customer account on the website https://www.fine-rituals.com. No initial purchase is required for joining, but rewards are conditional on activity as detailed below.

Joining the Club

• Registration: To join, you must register for a customer account on the website and select the option to join the Club. Upon registration, a consent message will be displayed as follows: "Joining constitutes acceptance of the terms of use."

• Joining Reward: Each new member will receive 25 points as an initial reward for joining.

Earning Points

• Earning Rate: Club members earn 1 point for every ₪1 spent on a purchase (excluding taxes, shipping fees, or other discounts). Points are credited only after purchase confirmation and are non-transferable.

• Requirements: Purchases must be made through a registered account on the website (Online). Points will not be earned on purchases in physical stores unless otherwise stated.

• Point Validity: Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned. Unused points will automatically expire.

Redeeming Points

• Redemption Options: Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, according to the following table:

Referral Program

• Referral Reward: Referring members will receive 500 points for each successful referral (defined as a referral through which a purchase exceeding 350 ILS was made).

• Referred Member Reward: The referred member will receive 50 points.

• Requirements for a Successful Referral:

• The referred member must make a first purchase through the referral link.

• Rewards will only be given if the referral meets the program requirements.

• Fraud Prevention: The program operates with the following protections:

• Restriction to New Customers: Only customers without previous rewards will receive a reward.

• Restriction to First Purchases: Only if there is no prior purchase with the member's email address.

• Prevention of Self-Referrals: No reward will be given if the referrer's email address is identical to the referred person's, including similarity checks.

• Domain Blocking: Referral links shared on blocked websites will be automatically blocked.

• General: Referrals must be genuine. Any attempt at fraud, including creating fake accounts, will lead to the cancellation of rewards and/or account suspension.

Privacy and Notifications

• Data Usage: Joining the Club does not constitute automatic consent to marketing communications. Approval for communications will be given separately by the customer. Registration can be unsubscribed at any time.

• Privacy Policy: Personal data is managed according to the privacy policies of Fine Rituals and YOTPO.

Membership Termination and Cancellations

• Cancellation: Membership can be canceled at any time through the account. Existing points will expire after 30 days.

• Cancellation of Rewards: Fine Rituals reserves the right to cancel rewards in case of fraud, misuse, or violation of the regulation.

• Changes: Fine Rituals reserves the right to change the regulation, subject to 30 days' prior notice in case of a material change to the redemption terms.
