Apply to bare skin or over liquid or cream-based products. Apply before applying powder products to the area.
The special ingredients in your watercolors may separate, so shake the bottle well to mix evenly before each use. Open the cap and squeeze a small drop of watercolor onto the back of your hand. Using the water brush or your fingers, pick up the first drop of color, apply to areas, and blend. To deepen the color, apply another drop of color and blend. Make sure the cap is completely closed after each use.
